Before you inquire

Is Kansas Beach the right fit?

What makes Kansas Beach different from a typical wedding venue?
Kansas Beach is built around a full weekend experience, not just a few event hours. Instead of splitting your wedding across multiple locations, your ceremony, reception, and time with your people can all happen in one place. That means less rushing, less travel, and a wedding that feels more relaxed and complete.
How many guests can Kansas Beach accommodate?
Kansas Beach is generally best suited for weddings from about 50 to 300 guests. The venue comfortably seats 250 at tables with room for a dance floor and food and drink tables, with a maximum capacity of 300.
Who is this venue best for?
Kansas Beach is a strong fit for couples who want a private, scenic setting, more time with guests, and a smoother wedding weekend. If you want your people in one place and do not want the day to feel rushed or fragmented, this is where the venue stands out.

Timing

When should we reach out?

How far in advance should we book?
Peak weekends often book well in advance. If you already know your season or have a preferred weekend, reaching out early gives you the best chance of finding the right fit.
What if we are early in the planning process?
That is completely fine. You do not need every detail finalized before you reach out. A preferred timeframe, rough guest count, and sense of where you are in planning is enough to start the conversation.
What if we are trying to move quickly?
Kansas Beach may still be a fit. Availability changes, and some years are tighter than others, so the fastest way to know is to ask about your date directly.
